The Sustainable Mekong Research Network
The Sustainable Mekong Research Network The Sustainable Mekong Research Network, or Sumernet, is a research network established to catalyse the transition to sustainability in the Mekong region through collaboration in applied policy research, network development, fundraising, outreach and dissemination, and capacity building on key aspects of sustainable development, and with a particular focus on the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).

Sumernet comprises of 12 research and education institutions based in the Mekong region. These are:

The objective of Sumernet is for these partners to seek to work together to catalyze the transition to sustainability in the Mekong region.
