This hybrid seminar by the Institute for Human Studies (IHS) and SUMERNET Young Professionals (SYP) will discuss water security, sustainable development, and youth participation in the Mekong Region.
The Mekong region is currently facing multiple environmental challenges that, compounded by the effects of climate change, are undermining the region's sustainable development and further delaying nations from achieving SDG targets. To encourage discussions on these issues, the Institute for Human Studies and SUMERNET Young Professionals will co-organize a seminar on the topic "Water Security in the Mekong Region: Looking to the Future".
