Phan Thanh

Phan Thanh is a researcher from Vietnam. Before joining the SUMERNET Fellowship Program, she has been working for Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences for more than 5 years. Her studies focus on human rights, human security and development. Currently, she is a Ph.D Candidate at Institute of Human Rights and Peace Studies, Mahidol University, Thailand. Thanh is expecting to learn from the Research Component of the program to really strengthen her research and writing skills as well as to broaden her perspective and networking.
