"Bouanong Lathouly" or "Pookkee" supports the Project/Programme Management Component as the SUMERNET Fellow. She is a young professional from Laos with a bachelor's degree in urban planning and a Master's degree in Project Management. Before joining the team, she worked on several projects in natural disaster mitigations, urban transport planning and engineering education. Her interest is to be working with global organizations in development sectors. She is now focusing on strengthening her project management skills and conducting research on development projects.
