Navy Hap

Ms. Hap Navy is the Chair of the SUMERNET Steering committee. She is currently the Deputy Director of Inland Fisheries Research and Development Institute (IFReDI), Fisheries Administration, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. She has extensive experience on fisheries, agriculture, value chain and natural resource management. She worked in a number of projects as Socio-economist/Resource economist, Social Development and Gender and Livelihood Analysis Specialist with difference organization/institution including the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC),CamConsult/Ministry of Tourism, KCC/Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, etc. She s. Navy holds a Master’s Degree in Agricultural and Natural Resource Economics and Management from University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB), the Philippines.
