Vo Tran Trung Nhan

Vo Tran Trung Nhan joined SEI in February 2023 as Programme Manager. He is working with SEI Asia’s Mekong programs: SUMERNET and Mekong Think Tank (MTT) to manage and support all operational areas of these programs.

Nhan has extensive experience in programme development and management: from concept, proposal formulation, donor/partnerships management, component projects and their activities’ implementation, to monitoring and evaluation and reporting.

He has been working at both national and regional levels of development especially in regional policy advocacy and capacity enhancement under the areas of cross-border sustainable development, governance, leadership, gender equity in higher education institutions of Southeast Asia.

Nhan has an Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters Program in Public Policy, with specialization in Governance and Development from the International Institute of Social Studies of Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands and University of York, United Kingdom.
