Aims of the midterm evaluation
The MTE aims to: 1) take stock of the progress with the SUMERNET 4 All programme and assess where the programme stands in the present mid-term period against its set targets in terms of expected outcomes, outputs and planned activities, 2) suggest any necessary adjustments in the programme to reach the programme objectives, 3) guide the scope for planning the activities in the remaining period of the programme (2022-2023), and 4) provide initial recommendations for the design of the programme beyond SUMERNET 4 All for concerned stakeholders to consider.
The MTE will be used by SSC, SUMERNET Secretariat hosted in SEI Asia, and the Embassy of Sweden in Bangkok through Sida’s Unit for Research Cooperation.
