National Institute for Science and Technology Policy and Strategy Studies (NISTPASS) is a Vietnamese government research institute based in Hanoi under the Ministry of Science and Technology. NISTPASS’ major functions are to conduct research on various issues regarding Science and Technology (S&T) policy and strategy, in order to assist the government in formulating S&T development strategies.
