Vo Quoc Thanh

Vo Quoc Thanh obtained his PhD at Delft University of Technology and IHE Delft. He is a lecturer at Can Tho University and a Fellow in the Mekong Thought Leadership and Think Tanks Network Program. Thanh works closely with his mentor, Dr. Thanapon Piman, and host organization, Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI Asia), to support the program’s Component 2: Enhancing climate resilience of water and energy systems through policy research and collaboration among PIOs. His main tasks are to: conduct literature reviews and summarize existing knowledge; identify knowledge gaps in the links between water, energy, and climate in the Mekong subregion; and prepare knowledge products, such as a report and/or journal article. His research interests include hydrodynamics, water science, and water management in the Mekong Delta.
