Yin Li

Yin Li joined SEI Asia in February 2023 as Policy Communications Officer. Yin is working with the Asia communications team to implement SEI Asia’s communications strategy and policy engagement activities. She also provides communications support to the Mekong Thought Leadership and Think Tanks Network program.

Before joining SEI Asia, Yin worked at the Australian Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City as Trade and Economic Officer and was responsible for supporting the Mekong-Australia Partnership, coordinating visits and events, preparing briefings and communications content. She had also worked for various NGOs and organizations in the Vietnam, Australia and the U.S. under different capacities, from communications, policy research, client support, to administration.

Yin has a Master of Development Studies from the University of Sydney and a B.A. (with Honors) in History and Global Studies from Temple University.
