Yujie Zhang

Yujie Zhang is the SUMERNET Young Professionals (SYP) Country coordinator for China. She works across climate, carbon, ESG and wider sustainability services. Served as a sustainability consultant at Ramboll, she has two - year experience in LCA study, carbon footprint reporting, decarbonization strategy, energy auditing, and environmental due diligence.

Yujie has a deep passion for climate action and sustainable development, particularly through international collaboration. She also works as the National Consultant for China in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability Program (CCESP) led by ADB, responsible for coordination and communication, event organization, and policy needs assessment.

Yujie obtained her Master’s degree on Management, Economics and Consumer Studies in Wageningen University and Research, The Netherlands.
