Given the present Covid-19 crisis and the need to understand its impacts on water insecurity, in the coming weeks, SUMERNET will be launching two competitive calls for rapid response /emerging research grants for reducing water insecurities for the poor, marginalized and socially vulnerable groups of women and men in the Mekong Region.
In the coming weeks, SUMERNET will be launching two competitive calls for rapid response /emerging research grants for reducing water insecurities for the poor, marginalized and socially vulnerable groups of women and men in the Mekong Region.
Successful research projects need to be completed within 6-12 months:
Total funds available: 1,500,000 SEK (approximately US$159,000) for one research project.
Total funds available: 400,000 SEK (approximately US$42,000) per award. Not more than two awards will be offered in this round.
SUMERNET network members and partners are encouraged to form teams to submit applications for these two upcoming calls. More information about these calls including submission guidelines and other details will be announced in the coming weeks.
