Keoxomphou (Keo) is a journalist and Deputy Head of the Feature Desk at the Vientiane Times, an English-language newspaper in Laos. Keo began her career in 2000 as a volunteer reporter, planning to try it for a short time but two decades later, she’s still here, loving every moment. Keo covers topics ranging from economics and business to environment, development, health, travel, and lifestyle. What she loves most about journalism is the adventure: “one day, I’m in a remote village hut; the next, I’m in a luxury hotel. It’s a journey that keeps me exploring and learning every day.”
