SUMERNET partners get recognition for consistent academic excellence
We are proud to announce that two of our SUMERNET partners, Dr. Louis Lebel and Dr. Carl Middleton, have received recognition for academic excellence.

Recently two of our SUMERNET partners, Dr. Louis Lebel and Dr. Carl Middleton, received recognition for their consistent academic excellence.
Dr. Louis Lebel was listed as one of the top 2 per cent of the most-cited scientists in various disciplines. This recently released list by the US-based Stanford University has 1,59,683 persons.
Dr. Carl Middleton and the Center for Social Development Studies (CSDS) was presented with a “Center of Excellence (CE) with Outstanding Performance” Award from Chulalongkorn University.
We congratulate Dr. Louis and Dr. Carl on this well-deserved recognition for their academic excellence and wish them many more years of fruitful work ahead.
